7:30am Wake-up call.
8-8:30am Breakfast.
9am Meeting at the courts.
9-9:45am Lecture and Warm up
9:45-12:15 On court session/drills/technique.
12:15-1pm Lunch.
1-2pm Free time.
2-5pm Second Squash Session
6-10pm Sightseeing in Edinburgh* (It does not get dark until 11pm!)
11pm Lights out.
