| 8-8:30am | Breakfast. |
| 9am | Meeting at the courts. |
| 9-9:45am | Lecture and Warm up |
| 9:45-12:15 | On court session/drills/technique. |
| 12:15-1pm | Lunch. |
| 1-2pm | Free time. |
| 2-4:15pm | Second squash session/drills/matchplay. |
| 4:30-5:30pm | Supervised free time. |
| 5:30-6pm | Dinner. |
| 6:30-9:30pm | Evening activity.* |
| 11pm | Lights out. |
** Evening Activities may include:
- Mental Training/match preparation, exhibition, refereeing session
- Squash Lecture/Video Review with Ice Cream Party to follow.
- Frisbee/soccer/and the always popular Treasure Hunt!
- The Student Center has numerous activities - pool, table tennis, 'foosball' etc.
- Visit to close by beautiful Newport RI.
- Movie Night.
